If You Have A Service, Product or Technical Problem

For any type of problem or customer service issue, just read this page and follow the steps.

Do not send back any defective or wrongly shipped items without first contacting us first.

You can give us a call with any return or service issues, 1-888-834-2261, M-F, 10am to 5pm. You can also use the e-mail form below and describe what the problem and how you would like to solve it to your satisfaction. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible, your complete satisfaction is important to us, and you, the customer, is always right.

Our Guarantee - How To Get A Refund

We have a generous return policy with a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy on all DVDs and Digital Downloads. If you don't like the video program or feel it did not meet your expectations, then you may return it, exchange it, or request a full refund, less the original shipping fee. Please contact us first using the e-mail form below or by phone before returning any product. If it is longer than 30 days since your purchase, contact us anyway, we should be able to work something out. A happy customer is our ultimate goal.

How To Get A Refund On A Digital Download

If you don't like the video program or feel it did not meet your expectations, or had technical problems with downloading or playing the video on your device, then you may exchange it, or request a full refund. Please contact us by the e-mail form below or by phone if you wish to get a refund or exchange on any Digital Download item. For technical issues, we can often solve your problem by phone or e-mail easily. You must delete any refunded or returned digital files from your computer or device, you no longer have the right to view, copy, back-up, or distribute your refunded digital video files purchased from RCA.

How To Return A DVD

Please contact us by the e-mail form below or by phone if you wish to return any item. Do not send back any defective or wrongly shipped items without first contacting us. Sending back a defective or wrong DVD is not usually necessary. You DO NOT need an RMA number for returning a product.

Fill out the e-mail form below, describe your problem and submit the form. You can also give us a call with any return issues, 1-888-834-2261, M-F, 10am to 5pm. We will contact you as soon as possible and let you know how we will solve your problem.

Defective DVDs
 

If you have a DVD that does not work properly in the DVD player of your choice, we will replace it or issue a refund. DVD manufacturing is not a perfect science, so every once in a while a bad DVD gets produced that will have trouble playing. For other DVD technical problems, please call or e-mail us so we can trouble shoot the problem.

Damaged Or Lost Shipments

If you package does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us so we can trace or resend the package. International shipments by airmail can take up to 20 days to arrive depending on the local mail service.

Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at our expense. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for instructions on how get replacements. Do not send back damaged DVDs unless we tell you to do so, it is not worth the expense to mail them back.

DVD Exchanges Or Returns

With our guarantee, you can exchange any DVD you are not satisfied with in 30 days. You can mail exchange DVDs in good condition to:
