This hot new 2 hour film features the best of Power Slope Scale flying. Filmed at the world famous PSS Festival at Cajon Pass, California, this high quality DVD features top pilots and master modelers who create some of the coolest composite and EPP slope gliders ever designed.
What's PSS? Power Slope Scale models are slopers modeled after real powered aircraft both propellor or jet powered and just about any airplane design can be made to glide. Most modelers try to make their planes as close to scale as possible though some tweaking may be needed to achieve good glide performance.

You will see in detail and in flight some true works of soaring art like Carl Mass' huge B-29 and Brain Laird's collection of WWII German fighters. As with all of Paul Naton's films, you get great photography, lots of pilot interviews, and the best flying action ever caught on film. You will also visit Los Angeles' epic slope site Point Fermin for some half pipes "Cali" style and some beautiful flights by the Fermin pros. DVD extra features include wild PSS action from South Korea with flights of a giant C-17 and all EPP B-17, and an educational painting clinic taught by PSS building and finishing expert Brain Laird.

Love that PSS action. Steve's cool Waco and all the great planes, like Timmig's Mig3 and Mitch's beautiful Guardian. Even got my really fast V-1 crash on video! Don't forget my buddy TFLG's cool ME-262 flight and other excellent footage! This is the best PSS video ever! Thanks to Paul Naton at Radiocarbonart for giving us such great memories on DVD, to have forever! Way to go Paul, you made my year...Don't forget the very cool calendar as well. - Carl Mass
Just a beautiful tape with lot's of good flying scenes!!! Carlski is featured as well as TFLG--and his painting tips too! Really nice production and great video-- IMHO! -Tim N
Just got my copy today. Great video!! Awesome job Paul. It even has a 2 second shot of my ugly mug and my Messerschmitt ME-209V-4 (the one with the red snake motif on the fuse) Watching it pumped me up to get back in the garage and keep working on my 1/2 scale Vought "Flying Pancake" for PSS Fest 2005" -Jeff Vossburg
Awesome video Paul! -Kevin Huckins
Wow, that was quick. Ordered on Friday night, got the DVD in the mail today!!! Great work Paul. -D. Cairns
Wow! Got home from campus to find the new DVD waiting for me. Talk about fast turnaround! This is an excellent video, definitely sharing top spot with Endless Lift 2 as my all-time favorite slope video. Music is good, editing is good, and the content is the best! No longer do we have to resign ourselves to short segments of more general-interest films, now we have a video featuring 100% pure PSS from start to finish! - Steve
Yeah I even made it in 4 times with the P-40 and P-63 LEG's. I guess they'll let anyone in the video!!! TAWG and I watched it the other day over a few burritos and I just ordered my own copy. It was a real hoot to watch. Great Job Paul! - Dave Masson
