We ship thousands of DVDs around the world and there are bound to be problems like lost packages or defective disks. For any type of problem or customer service issue, just read this page and follow the steps.

We will take care of your problem as soon as possible, your satisfaction is important to us, and you, the customer, is always right.
Our Guarantee
We have a generous return policy with a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy on all DVDs. If you don't like the DVD or feel it did not help with your skills, then you may return or exchange it for a full refund, less the original shipping fee. If it is after 30 days, contact us anyway, we should be able to work something out. A happy customer is our ultimate goal.
How To Get An RMA Number
If you have an account, just log in and look at your account history, and find the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) section. Fill out the form, describe your problem and submit. We will contact you and let you know how we will solve your problem. We will process your RMA as soon as possible. Defective DVDs
If you have a DVD that does not work properly in the DVD player of your choice, you can exchange it for free. DVD manufacturing is not a perfect science, so every once in a while a bad DVD gets produced that will have trouble playing. For other technical problems, please call or e-mail us so we can trouble shoot the problem.
Damaged Or Lost Shipments
If you package does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us so we can trace or resend the package. Intenational shipments by airmail can take up to 20 days to arrive depending on the local mail service.
Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at our expense. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for instructions on how get replacements. Do not send back damaged DVDs unless we tell you to do so, it is not worth the expense to mail them back.
DVD Exchanges
With our guarantee, you can exchange any DVD you are not satisfied with in 30 days. You can mail exchange DVDs in good condition to: Radio Carbon Art, PO Box 464, Lewisburg, PA, 17837. Please do not abuse our return policy, we are not a rental service.
