Q: How long have you guys been in business?
A: We have been selling our videos since 1998, and selling online since 1999. We sell our DVDs and Digital Downloads around the world to individuals and through authorized dealers.
Q: Are your ordering pages secure?
A: Our site is professionally hosted and the order pages feature the latest 128 bit SSL security. You will see the lock icon on your browser when you are entering your credit card or Paypal payment information. Call us on our toll-free number, 888-834-2261, M-F, 10 am to 5pm, Eastern US Time if you do not feel comfortable ordering online. Our SSL certificate is hosted by GeoTrust.
Q: Do you accept credit cards? How about international cards? Paypal?
A: We accept all major U.S. and International credit and debit cards and Paypal. Your card company will calculate the best exchange rate. We ship world-wide, anywhere there is postal service, lost underwater civilizations and other planets excluded.
Q: Some companies charge your credit card the minute they take your order even if the item is NOT in stock. What is your company policy?
A: Your credit card is charged when you place your online order. Card orders placed by phone will be charged when the product ships. Most orders ship in a few business days and we rarely have back order situations unless you have ordered a soon to be released DVD.
Q: Will your DVDs play on PAL systems or on my computer?
A: Our DVDs will play on any system, including PAL systems in Europe. Our DVDs are also region-free, with no restrictions on playback. You can also play them on any computer system with a DVD drive, Mac or Windows.
Q: Will your Digital Downloads play on my device?
A: Our Digital Downloads are in the mp.4 video format encoded in H.264 which is a highly compatible digital video format which should play on any modern digital device that can play video files including smart phones, Ipad computers, laptops and any PC. IOS, Android, WIndows and Apple OSX support and play our video files.
Q: How do you ship the DVDs for US and International customers?
A: We use the US Mail service which is fast, reliable, and inexpensive. For the best delivery times in the US, choose Priority Mail. We use US International First Class Air Mail for international destinations. We offer Express services if you need our DVDs super fast.
Q: My country charges tax and customs fees on expensive items. Will I pay the tax or import fees?
A: The buyer is always responsible for paying any VAT or import duties. Our declared value on our customs forms are always as low as possible, most customers never have to pay duty fees or tax.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Priority Mail packages usually take 2-3 business days for delivery in the continental US, but may take a few days longer to US territories and APO addresses. DVDs shipped via Airmail to countries outside the US should take 4-10 business days, however, this could vary depending on the postal service in your country. Packages of DVDs seldom sit in customs for very long, because they are small packets and usually are not searched.
Q: Are your tapes of good picture quality? I have seen some other RC aviation commercial videos that looked liked someone’s home movies.
A: The quality is outstanding! Our DVDs are produced from the original digital video or HD video files and are burned onto DVD-R media using high-speed professional burners.
Q: I just starting in soaring, which training programs should I get?

Q: Where can I purchase the music featured in your videos?
A: You can purchase CDs from the Spotted Peccary Music website at :www.spottedpeccary.com. They have some of the coolest instrumental music around. You can preview albums on their site.
