U.S. Shipping

For shipping in the U.S., its territories and APO addresses, we recommend you select Priority Mail service for fast inexpensive 2-3 business day delivery in the continental U.S.. Shipping times are a bit longer for APO's and territories.

The next best choice for shipping 1-3 DVDs is First Class Mail which features 2-5 business day delivery depending on how close you live to us in Pennsylvania.

If you need your DVDs really fast, choose Express Mail service which is 1 business day/overnight delivery, expensive but fast.  We do not ship everyday, so it is best to call us to confirm that we can send your DVDs overnight for you. 

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped by U.S. International Air Mail. Delivery takes an average of 1-2 weeks. However, times can vary widely depending on your country's customs, weather, political climate or other such factors.

You can select US Global Priority or Express mail if you need your DVDs in a week or less. This service is expensive but fast and reliable.

Customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees, though this is not usually a problem as the DVDs have a low declared value.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If you have not received your order after a reasonable time, please read the information on our Returns page. Any lost packages will be replaced at no charge. You can be refunded as well.

General Shipping Information

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
