DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED DVDs or TAPES Imperfections can sometimes occur during duplication. If you have a defective disk or tape, please do not send it back without contacting us first. It is usually not worth the extra shipping to return the item. If we determine it to be an error on our part, we will send you a replacement at no charge. If the DVD or Video is damaged by your faulty playback equipment or other abuse, no replacement or refund will be issued. MISSING OR LATE SHIPMENTS Priority Mail packages usually take 2-3 business days for delivery in the continental US, but may take a few days longer to US territories and APO addresses. Packages shipped Internationally via Air Mail can take an average of 1-2 weeks. However, times can vary widely depending on your country's customs, weather, political climate or other such factors. If you have not received your order after a reasonable time, please contact us so we may make other delivery arrangements.
